Shipping & Handling

Shipping is only available within Canada.

Free Standard Canada wide shipping only on orders over $299.

$15 flat rate per order within Ontario.

$20 flat rate per order within Canada, outside Ontario.

Orders will be shipped within 7 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or Multiple Addresses

Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes and remote locations may take longer to arrive. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Orders may only be shipped to one address. If you would like to order items that require shipping to multiple addresses, place separate orders for each address.

Taxes

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the Order Summary page.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that all orders are final sale and not eligible to be refunded.

If there is an issue with an item you’ve purchased, please get in touch with me via email to arrange an exchange. Please use the subject line “Return” or “Exchange” and be sure to include your name and order number in the email.

You will be required to pay for return shipping costs.

Damaged items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received, it takes 2 – 3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3 – 5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) upon receipt back to Beauty by Stacey.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
