AKA, EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW AND EXPECT!

Prior to Your Appointment

Please be patient when waiting for a reply as I could be servicing another client at the time and refrain from sending multiple messages over numerous platforms. I will get back to you as soon as possible!

  • You will receive both an email and text confirmation 24 hours prior to your appointment as a reminder of your upcoming booking.

  • If you wish to add or change anything for your appointment, you can do so via the email confirmation you receive or email me directly at info@beautybystacey.ca and I can help!

  • Online booking is available! Click here

  • Beauty by Stacey is a residential spa. Please park on the road. Do not block any vehicles in the driveway. Use the left gate and enter the backyard. Enter the house using the 2nd door on the right. Remove your shoes and come down. It is the pink door, you can’t miss it! There is a set of stairs leading down to the spa, so please be mindful of this if you have trouble with stairs.

  • Please make sure to bring your own blanket or sweater if you get cold easily.

  • Forms of payment accepted include cash, debit and credit. E-transfers are not accepted.

  • Make sure you have read and acknowledge all Beauty by Stacey's policies. Read below for more info!

  • Pedicure clients - please note we only offer pedicures to clients with a healthy feet. What is considered a healthy foot? Your feet MUST be free of the following:
    - warts (contagious)
    - fungus (contagious)
    - severe in grown toe nails as these can become infected and may require numbing which we cannot offer
    - open cuts / wounds / lesions

  • If you are sick - please do not come to your appointment. If you show up and are coughing, sneezing or showing signs of illness, you will be asked to reschedule to keep our staff healthy and safe!

After Your Appointment

  • Rebook before you go! Beauty by Stacey is growing increasingly busier and busier so be sure to book your next appointment before you leave!
